Help with Digital Accessibility Issues
Brown provides a reporting tool that allows members of the Brown community to submit a concern about digital content and website accessibility. The report will go to the University’s ADA/504 coordinator for appropriate routing. You may also contact the ADA/504 coordinator at ada_504@brown.edu with any questions or concerns.
Report an Accessibility Concern
If you encounter digital content that you are unable to access due to an accessibility issue, please use this digital accessibility concern reporting form to report the issue:
Support for Developing Accessible Content
Guidance and resources are available through various departments and offices at Brown to help members of the University community meet digital accessibility standards when creating or remediating content. If you continue to have questions about specific standards or need guidance for making your digital content accessible after reviewing the FAQs and tutorials, please reach out to the unit that supports your specific area of work.
These units serve in a consultative role to help you understand and navigate accessibility standards. They do not generally perform remediation or create accessible materials on behalf of other departments.
